At the dentist's office I spotted a box of new latex gloves. The box was clearly labeled that the gloves contained "water" and "protein". Aren't you impressed? I'm not sure if it's MSG-like but probably is.

Thanks Roy, that was an interesting article. Although so many food allergies are related to proteins, I had not considered that latex would work the same way. Does anyone on the list have issues with latex?
