I guess I remain a skeptic about EFT, although it would be nice if that's all it took to counter the horrible reactions from MSG.

Dianne - I think it helps calm my emotional reactions (e.g., fear, frustration, anger, panic) to the physical problems from MSG (e.g., pain, sleep problems, digestive reactions, etc.) and therefore, helps me get better.

Well, that's what counts, and I guess I didn't think about it that way. And I do agree that a method that helps someone deal with MSGs horrible reactions is a good thing and worth it.
