anyone in here on this diet and trying to put on some weight??? I need 15 lbs. in four months!!! b/f football season or there is a good chance i cant play(said by football coach) i am trying to eat 3,300 calories a day and workout 3 times a week I need some of your input and maybe some ideas of some high calorie foods!
