What luck has everyone been having with sweet potatoes lately? Do you eat them consistently and are they safe for you? My food store manager is happy to run to the back and tell me wherever foods are from if it doesn't happen to say on the display, if potatoes from certain locations seem to be okay. What about organic sweet potatoes, is there any benefit there or is it still the luck of the draw the way it is with regular potatoes? I have noticed a real turnaround in the last year with the helpfulness factor in stores, as well as their knowledge. It isn't up to par with those on the list obviously, but a big improvement. I am impressed!

Judith, I look for smaller sweet potatoes vs. those huge bio-engineered ones....do better with normal looking ones.
