Here is a new story about China catching up to the US in obesity. I am always surprised by how many folks say that the Chinese are healthy so MSG must be OK. We must disabuse them of that notion: http://www.forbes.com/business/healthcare/2004/10/13/cx_da_1013topnews.html

According to this article, the number of obese people in China DOUBLED from 1992-2002.

KFC is now in China. Great, that's all they need - MORE MSG.

Carol, I have some neighbors who are Chinese. Their children are 1st generation Americans, and two of the 3 are now very overweight, but their parents are not.
