Unreal. Looks like some folks now believe that Obesity causes Alzheimer's. http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2003-07-14-alz-usat_x.htm
This is just another example of how NOT TO interpret research results. An obesity - Alzheimer's link only makes sense, if we are correct that it is glutamate causing obesity troubles AND Alzheimer's disease because it affects BOTH the pancreas and the brain. Sometimes these scientists amaze me. They often mistake two symptoms of the same problem as one cause from one effect. Sometimes the guy at the scene of the crime is just another victim, not the perp. Right? I hope I make more sense to you guys than the media does to me.
