HAITONG Investment Company from China is trying to steal the name MSGTruth and register it as their own trademark. How is that for obnoxious?

I can't imagine they would need it.
"As of June 30, 2008, total mutual funds' assets under management by Fortis Haitong reached RMB 35.37 billion (USD 5.16 billion equivalent)."

Not really unimaginable, they pretty much own the USA now. I hope you can keep them from it.

At the top of your site, you might add:
"THE REAL MSG Truth"...there is a reason behind this "trick the public" scheme. It says volumes about the good work we are all doing on these sites. We ARE succeeding...they are nervous...look at all the headlines and research supporting our views in the last year alone. The truth is coming out and they know it. Can you imagine the billions at stake that these mega companies have invested in flavor enhancers or other food related chemicals?

Carol, When you say "steal" do you mean your domain name MSGTruth? Is it a trademark or inc. or corp. or something? I know your website is registered as msgtruth.org (and it also comes up with msgtruth.com, while msgtruth.net appears to be up for grabs???) but was unaware about it being registered as anything else.
