So-called health "experts" David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding recently posted an article on CNN comparing/grading the healthiness of fast food restaurants and gave Chick-Fil-A an "A" and Subway an "A-". Now's your chance to speak your mind and inform consumers about the truth, which these experts failed to reveal either out of incompetence or cowardness. Here's what I wrote:


This article highlights David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding's incompetence and cowards as health "experts". Did they even read the ingredients in all those fast food items? They should've not only read them but interpreted them as well. If they actually did their research like true professionals, they would discover that ALL fast food restaurants use MSG in it's known form (Monosodium Glutamate) and less known, disguised forms (citric acid, natural flavor, anything hydrolized or autolyzed, malted barley, etc...). Those ingredients have what's known as "free processed glutamate"--the functional, neurotoxic part of MSG (MSG is its salt form). At least 40% of the population in America are sensitive to MSG in various degrees. MSG in its known or less known forms is not only a flavor enhancer that masks tinny/bad flavors but a neurotoxin that leads to or worsens obesity, headaches, migranes, autism, alzheimer's, seizures and many more symptoms. It has even caused death for those highly sensitive to MSG. The liars over at the FDA actually consider MSG to be natural! So, a product can be labelled as "all natural" or "no added MSG" and it could still have the neurotoxic, functional part of MSG (free processed glutamate) in various amounts. This junk is even found in non-junk foods as well. If you dare to look at the ingredients in Vitamin Water, you'll see citric acid (it usually comes from !corn! nowadays) which contains an unlabeled amount free processed glutamate. Tropicana Apple Juice also contains it. Yes, even products at Whole Foods Market contain it!

It's very stupid to compare fast food restaurants in terms of health when all of them cheat by using MSG in its known or lesser known forms. Is one cheater better than another simply because they cheat less? These corporations don't rightfully deserve their popularity at all. Hopefully, smart, well-informed Americans will one day stop them from being popular by not paying their hard-earned money for their neurotoxic junk. The first step toward progress would be not to believe incompetent cowards, like David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding, who don't tell you what you really need to know. In the big picture, it's all about one word: EVOLUTION. Anyone who claims any fast food place is healthy is pretty much helping to flush our human race down the toilet by increasing our health problems with that deceptively tastey yet neurotoxic junk. Most importantly, now that you know the truth about MSG, would you truly continue to give your hard-earned money to all those lying, cheating bullies (a.k.a. fast food corporations)? Think about it.
