Last week I saw a preveiw for this week's Health Corner - "Could your food be making you hungry?"

The segment ran today and they stopped just short of saying which artificial flavorings, spices, salts, etc. caused the problem, but did suggest choosing foods with "fewer ingredients" in the list and to avoid artificial flavorings. Unfortunately, MSG can still be in the list no matter how short, but hopefully it will pique some interest in people so they'll look into it more. Of course they plugged the doctor's book. Interesting. I just recently read something too, that said to choose foods with 5 ingredients or less. It would probably help with avoiding MSG a lot of the time!
