This is not good news, top chefs and even "organic" type food companies are trying to create "MSG" like additives.

It's all about deception:

"So far, Senomyx has identified four new umami ingredients that can often be used in small enough amounts to be listed on a food label simply as "artificial flavors." This is a boon to food companies because it eliminates the need to add an unfamiliar, chemical-sounding word to an ingredient list."

Funny, the article was entitled "A New {??} Taste Sensation". I'm sure the food companies will hit the trail full force in promoting the umami taste as the word spreads from the other side to reveal the truth.

I think the "Glutes" feel threatened - that is why they are doing this intense PR blitz. The article is a great playbook for us to know what they have planned for us folks who get MSG reactions. They intend for it to continue. But at least we know which chefs and food companies to BOYCOTT now :-)

Hey, let's start our own PR campaign:

Umami and Autism - Perfect together.
Or
"Umami" = MSG = Autism

"Umami" with a red circle and crossout symbol on it
Or skull and bones symbol

We should have a contest to see who can come up with the best logo to let everyone know umami MEANS MSG.

Good news folks, in November, MSGTruth.org jumped up the ranking charts on the internet. Folks ARE finding us and the Truth. Lets use that fact to really ramp up OUR PR campaign.

Carol, Great news about MSGTruth moving up the ranking charts. Questions: How do you know? I mean, how does that work? Is there ONE chart for all the sites on the internet and you can go check it?
