Not too long ago there was a discussion about what microwaving does to food. I stand corrected - new reports suggest that microwaving destroys antioxidants in vegetables. It seems that steaming is the best method.

I'm kinduv partial to eating (or drinking) them raw instead of cooked or microwaved or steamed.

By "drinking" veggies I mean juicing them.
