Zoomer,

I was reading what was on the link you posted and I would like to know more about amines. I have never heard of this. Any books to recommend? I got lost in the Food Additives website from the UK.

I have noticed that lately I am reacting to anything with enzymes and anything fermented whereas before at least I could eat naturally-fermented foods (ie. lacto-fermented veggies etc.). This is really worrisome.
