I just made a lovely large pot of vegetable soup and then added in some mild curry powder and was just wondering if the curry may have been a mistake. Ingredients listed were rice cereal, Tumeric, Coriander, Fenugreek, Cumin, Salt, Chilli. Are any of these ingredients likely to cause problems with glutamate sensitivity? |
