I thought this was safe to take. The brand is PharmAssure Melatonin Vegetarian 3 mg tablets. It has vitamin b-6 in it too, 2 mg, almost all the melatonin tablets do. I have taken this a long time ago with no problem unless they changed it?

Here is the other ingredients:diacalcium phosphate, cellulose. It says No sugar, NO Starch, NO Ariticial colors, NO Preservatives, Sodium Free, NO wheat, No Gluten, NO corn, NO Soy, NO Diary, NO Dairy, Yeast Free.

What are your thoughts on this?

But I think I am having some sort of reaction, unless something else is causing it.

The last 2 nights I have taken it the next day my interstitial cystitis(caused my bladder to hurt) has flared up bad. I am getting some baking soda in water soon, but it will not help much.

It is bad enough I don't want to take it tonight just in case it is it. Do you think it is something in it or the melatonin? If it is something in it, does anyone know where I can buy melatonin powder or safe melatonin.

Thanks. I know I ask a lot of questions!!!

connie, i;'m no expert, but i would say to chill on the medications for atleast a month . Fill the time with exercise, and good food, and you will probably feel alot better. Sleep problems happen after you start this diet becuase your brain is readjusting. Just be patient, and if it gets really bad, just do a keyword search on google for 'herbal sleep aid' there are teas that help

I have had a brutal time the last week with sleep, because my hubby and i quit smoking (after finding out i was pregnant)we sleep for maybe an hour and a half, and then wake up...this continues all night. But we are avoiding ay medication

The only thing i have been trying on and off is diclectin, for my nausea. I need to be able to eat, cause i can't take multiviatimns

Man, sometimes this is just too much huh

Janet, thanks. It is great you and your husband quit smoking. Hope you get some rest.

I have a 17 year old daughter. :-) I did sleep pretty well last night. I had been waking up in the middle of the night and could not get back to sleep. I had been going off meds. Tapering off klonopin now is what is causing the problem . It will get better.

Take care. Wish you the best. Hope the nausea gets better, I had that too when I was pregnant with my daughter.
