I'm new to msg sensitivity after a huge stress. Never reacted before, this is one awful thing to have. I'd like to know if it's worth the risk to have bone broth for leaky gut. I don't see a clear answer on the site. Thanks so much!

I wouldn't risk it - a crock pot brews MSG when you cook meat.

I make bone broth with a long low simmer on the stove top.
And I add a little vinegar to help leach the good stuff from the bones into the broth.

I agree with Sara, don't risk it, anytime you cook a protein for long periods of time, you create msg. I've seen more people say it harms than anything else.
