Does anyone know if sunflower lecithin would be less problematic than soy lecithin is for MSG-sensitive folks? I think I am reacting to soy lecithin. Are sunflower seeds also high in glutamate? I was looking online and found a company that sells non-GMO sunflower lecithin but a red flag went up when I discovered that they sell four grades of it - standardized, hydrolyzed, highly hydrolyzed, and premium grade.
Anyone have any experience with this?

Sunflower lecithin sounds like a preferable alternative to me, but I would still avoid the ones that are hydrolyzed.
