Are they any different than ones that are not over-ripe?

Ripe and overripe banana's have their starch converted to sugar (compared to underripe banana's). From a FGA perspective, ripe and overripe banana's are just fine.

I received a list of Migraine triggers from a friend that listed bananas along with almonds, walnuts, citrus, onions, along with the regular ones I knew wine and chocolate. I am looking at all triggers, as well as the ones we are all sensitive to, to unravel the mystery ones that I get. Mariann
