I'm wondering if anyone has had any negative reactions to colostrum? I have a resource to get it from an amish farm and its completely fresh. It tastes great but within a week of taking about a shot glass full a day, I started getting typical MSG symptoms: my head feels really heavy, diarrhea, brain fog, headache. Wondering if the colostrum is the it high in glutamine? Anyone know?

Hi Lorraine,

Hopefully someone with some experience will reply soon. Are you able to tolerate the milk from that particular farm?
I understand ultra-pasturized milk (dairy products) are high in or produce free glutamic acid. But that might not be the issue if the colostrum is completely fresh. Sorry it's not working out.
