Can anyone give me some advice regarding the above post? I posted in November. I wonder if anyone has seen the post. I need to take B12, but I'm running into problems with all of the additives. Would you know a safe sublingual form of B12?

if you decide to take b12...use methylcobalamin form....it is the best absorbed.
off topic...but would like to mention that di calcium phosphate (binder,filler) in vitamin tablets produces similar msg reactions in people.
