I avoid all artifical sweeteners, because one is never sure of the source or substances that have been used to create them...sometimes vegetables, sugar beets, and any number of plants can be hydrolyzed or highly processed to produce these so-called natural sweeteners that may contain residues of glutamate and chemicals that may be very unhealthy. But it could have been an allergic reaction to some of the other substances in the cream. Can you list them? |

Hi Deb Thank you for sending your book so quickly. I can't wait to begin following your advice. I had a stomach upset problem a while ago and a healthfood store owner suggested that I use something called Intestinew which is a powder containing L-Glutamine, N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine and Gamma Oryzanol. Is L-Glutamine related to Glutamate? Also, I was told to take sublingual B-12. The only one I found contained Xylitol, Citric Acid, Stearic Acid, and Magnesium Stearate. Another issue is the Melatonin which I occasionally need for sleep. This contains Sorbitol, Manitol, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate. The Melatonin actually does help with sleep, but I know that the additives are not good. Any suggestions? |

Can anyone give me some advice regarding the above post? I posted in November. I wonder if anyone has seen the post. I need to take B12, but I'm running into problems with all of the additives. Would you know a safe sublingual form of B12? |
