I just wanted to thank you both for the great book and wonderful website! It is so nice to have a place to come where others are conscious of the health issues related to MSG ingestion. I am looking forward to purusing the recipe threads. I am looking forward to the day when MSG is banned from our food and people start recognizing why there is such an increase in CNS diseases.
