Last week I made chocolate chip cookie cakes for my daughters' classes. I use half whole wheat flour and King Arthur flour, which we've never had a problem with, as well as other all-natural ingredients. The first cake, however, I used Walmart brand semi-sweet chocolate chips. BAD MOVE. My husband had a headache for a couple of days. Then, later in the week when I made cake #2, I used Ghiardelli semi-sweet chips, and everyone was fine. I guess I know what brand I'm using from now on! |
