I was just at Whole Foods yesterday and checked their sushi ingredients. They now add something called "tangle extract" to their sushi. Sounds tame till you find out tangle extract is Kelp (seaweed) extract. The food MSG was first isolated from. Where are these people getting their information from? I'm VERY disappointed in Whole Foods. They are acting like the Food Scientists I used to know. They keep tinkering with stuff they should leave alone. |
