I found this item in my local Asian market and it is to die for. It's called Korean Honey Citron Tea by Haioreum. The only ingredients are Citron, Sugar and Honey. I've eaten it three times and no reactions. The directions are to put a spoonful in a cup and then add hot water for tea, but I envision using it in sweet and sour sauces, to sweeten my ginger tea, as marmalade on biscuits or even mixed with peanut butter like jam. This stuff is divine and it was only $8.99 for 2.2 lbs.
