1. Does anyone know if the glutamate count increases when garlic is cut up and stored for a couple of days? 2. Does anyone know if the glutamate count is higher for garlic that comes in bottles? I don't see anything in the ingredients list.
Of course, I play it safe now and insist on only fresh garlic!
