This is interesting. I have a friend who, whenever she sits, constantly bounces her legs and can't control them. She tried crossing them, but the leg on the floor bounces both legs. She is always tired, sleeps poorly, and eats junk food morning, noon, and, night. She is on antidepressants, and is plagued with headaches. However, she will not even consider that she is reacting to MSG.
