I have had reactions from every single cooked dessert that I have tried to make (extremely sensitive) so that I have tried to come up with sweets that need no cooking...
raw pecans or walnuts (or any nuts that work for you)
drizzle with raw agave nectar or raw honey
sprinkle with salt
this is like honey roasted nuts.
raw honey mixed with raw cacao powder (fabulous stuff!!!!) and spread on rice cake
I want to try making butter from walnuts and pecans and adding honey and cacao powder. Yum.
