Hello everyone,

I hope you are well?
I have been doing more and more for MSG crises several months.
I know I am deficient in magnesium at the moment (eyelids moving) and in COQ10.

Because of this, I have to react and be more sensitive at this time To foods that contain free glutamate. (Tomato, cheese, ....)

Can you advise me in Magnesium and COQ10?
I tried the solgar vegetarian COQ10 (kaneka Q10) but I feel to react (muscle contraction ..) I'm afraid of not having to bear anything anymore ...
