Any brand suggestions for msg-free multivitamins?

doubt you will get answers - most are loaded with fillers that are high free glutmate

there was a suggestion on this board I think it was for a liquid found at Swansons -

http://www.swansonvitamins.com/liquid-health-complete-multiple-32-fl-oz-liquid

I did not try it but you might want to search this forum for it and see who suggested it and what they said about it

A lot of us on here don't take vitamins and supplements. Check out this amazing thing I just found on the topic: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=424510300975761&set=a.345491085544350.79304.345486605544798&type=1&ref=nf

Disclaimer: We are huge supplement users in my house. I started off with one or two (phosphytidal choline was a lifesafer) and have built up over the years, slowly and carefully.

I was skeptical of multi's because I don't like the cheap forms in most.

We've been taking Thorne Basic Nutrients V from one version of the Simplified Methylation Protocol by the late Rich Van Konyenburg:

http://www.thorne.com/Products/Mens-Health/Multis/prd~VM5.jsp

We also tried Yasko's Nuero Health formula from holisticheal.com but the Turmeric lowers cortisol which was not a good thing for us so switched back recently.

The recommendation with either is to start very low, even less than a capsule if you are sensitive, and only work up slowly. Supplements can cause detoxification systems to "come online" and dump toxins into the bloodstream and if that happens too fast, not only do you feel icky but the toxins are reabsorbed if the body is not healthy enough to get them out effectively which is usually the case if you are detoxing. After a few months we are at 2-3 capsules/day for my son, and I'm not sure I will go higher because we are supplementing some of those individually as well.
