What's worse? :
1. Greek Yogurt made from Non-Fat milk (only ingredient non-fat milk+bacteria), or
2. Haagen Dazs ice cream (ingredients: Cream, Skim Milk, Sugar, Egg Yolks, Coffee.)
I've had the ice cream a bunch of time, and think it's ok for me.
The last apparent reaction was after having the greek yogurt for several days in a row. However, I also had mozzarella cheese (several days in a row), as well as frozen strawberries & frozen blueberries. (Yes, I know adding one thing is easier, but sometimes I get so impatient I try and take shortcuts)
Any thoughts very much appreciated.
