Anon,

I take 300mg CoQ10 per day (Sam's club) and if I feel I've gotten an unexpected dose of MSG which causes me Atrial Fibrillation, I take another 300mg. Most times that additional dose gets me back into a normal heart rhythm

I just wish CoQ10 wasn't so expensive

Just be thankful that CoQ10 is legal for now. The Codex Alimentarius trade commission might make certain vitamins and supplements ILLEGAL and others only legal with certain limitations to the dose. Many vitamins and supplements might require prescriptions, as well. The specific details have not been decided, yet, but given the ego and greed of the U.S. government and pharmaceutical companies, as well as wealthy shareholders, it can very possibly happen right here in the USA.

July 17, 2009 MONSANTO'S man Taylor returns to FDA in food-czar role:

Not saying the previous ones were better. Just more corruption, IMO.

I think the best analogy to our change-over from Bush to Obama is that it's like a train that switches to another track, but it's still headed in the same direction!

I was so hopeful (unlike the cynic that I am ), but lost all hope when he appointed Tom Vilsack as Secretary of Agriculture. Then he didn't come out strongly in favor of gay marriage (contrary to his platform and one of the reasons I thought he would be a good change). How in the world can someone be a good leader of the free world when they don't believe EVERYONE should be free?

We should have a facebook page for msgmyth.

There are also various anti aspartame pages and anti MSG pages.

If you want to find out more facts about Codex, try to avoid using the Natural Solutions Foundation and their leader Rima Laibow. They are trolls in the health freedom movement and spend considerable time attacking other activists. Most of their articles and videos are full of factual errors.

About the Q10. Try to find a balance yourself. Too much and you will have problems falling asleep. Too little and you won't get the desired effect.

For me 100 mg is enough and I dont want the body to build up tolerance and adjust to always being supplemented with Q10.
