I looked at all the ingredients and they seem fine, the only ingredient that I'm not sure about is "rye Sour"
Organic Jewish Rye Bread:
organic unbleached unbromated wheat flour, rye sour,filtered water, sea salt, fresh yeast, organic caraway seeds

The rye sour is made by mixing water with some rye flour and letting it develop in the open air to include certain bacteria and yeasts from the air. It should be okay. Let us know how you do.
