"Hi Debby,

I received your book last week and prior to this had started the "test yourself" diet on your website. My migraines are so much better and really gone! I am still on my daily medications but have not had to take my Fioricet (to get rid of a migraine) in the 2 weeks! I used to ahve one almost every day! I have had much more energy and much more focus at work. I have been sleeping better as well? Is this part of it too? I have also been transforming the way my whole family eats and my husband and I have been reading your book and fixing recipes and they are SO YUMMY1 In fact we had the fast and easy enchilada casserole last night and I just ate some left-overs for lunch! SO YUMMY!

I also have looked on the website: msgtruth.com and am just astounded...I found that MSG can cause Pituitary tumors and lactation..which is what I had surgery for (the tumor) on August 8, 2007....and I had the lactation problem also. My mother has MS and can hardly make it home after eating out because of tummy problems...this is just amazing...but so scary and almost maddening...WHY do they put it in food????

I am scared for people...hardly anyone knows about this. People look at me like I am crazy. So many people where I work suffer from migraines and I sent them your link...but they just aren't ready to hear it? I am not sure...but I have cleaned my cupboards....my 4 year old is having a hard time. I feel ashamed but I think she was already addicted. We are getting there though. Thank you so much. I would love to spread the word. THIS STUFF IS SCARY!!

Thanks again!!
