Is there a database or more comprehensive listing of the free glutamic acid content of common foods, beyond the following I found?

This site only shows glutamate, but interesting.

Unfortunately no, not right now. If you look in the archives on this forum there are a few discussions that talk about a few websites that had more comprehensive listing of the free glutamic acid content of foods but none of the links work anymore and it looks like the original websites pulled the data.

You can look up the bound glutamate levels and avoid overcooking the foods that are naturally high in bound glutamate.

There is someone who comes to this board occasionally that wrote an ebook that claims to have the list you (and we) are wanting but when I asked him about his sources he said it's from various places coupled with his own personal experience with the foods.
