I need to find eye drops to moisturize my eyes. I'm at the computer all day and after awhile get eye strain. All I'm been doing lately is putting water in my eyes.

1) Sterile low saline water.

2) The eye drops Brite Eyes III from www.LEF.org (I use them myself). I addition, they protect the eye from oxidative atttacks that over time will cause catarac.

I always use a boric acid solution when my eyes feel irritated.

Bring 1 quart of water to a boil and then remove it from the heat source and cool a bit. This ensures that the water is sterile enough to use in the eyes.

Add 1 tablespoon of medicinal boric acid powder to the boiling water and stir until the powder is dissolved.

Let the solution cool to room temperature. Pour some of the solution into a small cup and apply with a cotton ball or apply using an eye-cup.
