I found these today at Whole Foods and they are delicious. They are a product of Italy and I hope they don't give me a reaction. Here are the ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, salt, water. |

Sounds pretty good Kristy - simple ingredients. I'd only be wary about the wheat flour as they may not specify it is "enriched" - worth asking them. Also the salt...if it has flowing agents in it, may also not be good. Sea Salt is best. Let us know how you do with them |

Suzie's Organic Saltines. I think they have two or three flavors but we only bought the olive oil of course. I have tried them and they are delicious. I don't think I had a reaction but I had a reaction from something else the next day so I am trying to wait until I can try only them to make sure. My kids have not had any reactions from them so I would say that they are safe for the less sensitive. You know how it is when you get back from shopping and find a lot of new things. I find it very hard to be prudent when faced with new possibilities since my diet is so limited. |

Just found this...I love those and they are one of only 2 brands I've found of snacks that don't add MSG to their flavored varieties. The other is "Food Should Taste Good" chips. They are great. Many chips have a plain version that is Ok for us (our family) but even innocuous flavors like "Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper" have lots of glutamates, as my son found after coming home from eating 1/2 a bag at a friend's (he said, "but they are the same brand you buy!"). |

Hi Lisa, What would be the offending part of "sea salt and cracked pepper"? That post shakes my confidence in label reading. Mike |

Mike, sorry I haven't been reading lately. Sea salt and Cracked Pepper is the name on the front - the advertisement...the problem is the maltodextrin in the ingredient list. So sorry for the confusion! |
